Balancing Density, Vibrancy, Historic Context & the Future of the Urban Core in Cincinnati’s OTR District

On September 29, 2016, I had the pleasure to speak at the Cincinnati Residential Development Forum on how Source 3 Development is creating vibrant places that have their genesis in the spirit of a community through a holistic approach that melds development, design, and construction together.  Showcasing our $25 million mixed-use urban project in Over-the-Rhine, I focused this presentation on my strong belief that context sensitive urban design and architecture is not only integral to creating spaces for people to successfully work, live, and play but is also financially benefical.   The Forum was presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati .  You can see it here.
