Montgomery Selects Preferred Urban Design for New In-Fill Village Project

I’m pleased to be asked by Gateway Partners LLC, a group that includes Great Traditions Land & Development Co., Brandicorp, Greiwe Development Group, North American Properties and Sibcy Cline to work on the team that has been selected by the City of Montgomery to develop more than 12 acres of prime land along Montgomery Road and Ronald Reagan Highway into a new, urban in-fill village. 

Gateway Partners plans to build about 150,000 square feet of class A office space across three buildings, a 64-room boutique hotel, about 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a community green space, about 80 high-end residential condos and a 750-car parking garage as part of Phase 1 of Montgomery Gateway.

Gossman Group will be assisting with the overall urban design of the development plan and providing architectural design leadership for all of the commercial buildings.  You can read more about the project in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
