With Eight One Three completed, Gossman Group has begun a second exciting project in Cincinnati with Pearl Companies to renovate the historic Provident Bank Building in downtown Cincinnati into a mixed-use project featuring ground floor retail and upper story apartments.  For this project Gossman Group has teamed up with Schooley Caldwell from Columbus, Ohio to renovate the 99 year old historic building.  Schooley Caldwell has a national reputation for their work in historic preservation. The 11-story building was built in 1909 and was the home of Provident Savings Bank & Trust Company, which later was called Provident Bank. It is a Renaissance Revival style building designed by architects Hake & Kuck who also designed the Cincinnati Bell Building and Cincinnati Masonic Center.    The Provident is designated a local historic landmark and will bring 160 additional residential units to downtown Cincinnati.
